[MMD] Tales of Vesperia- Pomp and Circumstance

So... I've been working on this for WAAAAY too long. I can easily, VERY easily say that this is the toughest MMD video I've worked on so far. Here's why!

First, I learned how to switch characters between shots. Then, I learned how to make stage lights work using Object Luminous (and let me tell you, it was not a simple task!). That should've been fine, right? Well, it might've been, if MMD didn't slow down to the point that it took nearly 3 minutes just to save my progress. Not only that, but attempting to preview the video was an absolute nightmare, so I had to go frame-by-frame to make sure things were progressing alright as far as I could tell.

THEN, Estelle, Flynn, and Raven's models wouldn't stop moving around between shots! There weren't any major movements, but they would slowly move closer to each other as time went on. I had to stop Estelle and Raven from feeling up poor Flynn, haha! Strangely enough, Yuri and Judith's models stayed in place throughout the video, and those 3 stopped scooting around so much when I changed their positions towards the end.

As if matters weren't bad enough, THEIR CLOTHES AND HAIR WON'T STOP PHASING INTO THE MODELS. I have TRIED to fix this. Don't point this out, or I might just eat all the pillows and blankets on my bed. This video truly tested my patience. Plus, the video and quality are really big, and because of the messed up clothing and hair physics, I had to compress the video 3 times, plus a few more times when I was doing some first attempts at fixing the audio (that went off-sync the first 2 times the video was compressed for some reason).

THANKFULLY, everything seems to have worked out in the end! In fact, the video was in the best MMD quality I'd ever put out so far after the 3rd compression! I was stunned by the smooth movements and clear picture!
